Available Methods
Direct Debit
Customers can authorize automatic monthly deductions from a nominated bank account. Ensure sufficient funds are available on the agreed debit date each month.
- Regarded as one of the safest and most convenient methods.
- Maximum withdrawal limits can be set to protect monthly budgets.
- Contact Revenue Unit to request the application/authorization form.
Electronic Payments & Direct Deposits
Internet banking and electronic transfers are supported. Payment receipt is not always instantaneous and can take several days.
- Always include the correct customer name and account number.
- Missing or incorrect references may result in the account not being credited.
- Allow enough time before due dates to avoid arrears.
Cheques
Cheque payments remain available. Postal payments should be made out to Ngwathe Municipality, P O Box 359, Parys, 9585.
